About StrataPM
StrataPM gives project organisations the governance structure that keeps EPC and EPCM projects in mineral processing under control from first brief to final close-out.
We combine hands-on project delivery with our own software, Strata PMO. Clients get a working framework, the documents that go with it, and the people who know how to run it.
StrataPM has operated since October 2025 and is based in Boksburg, Gauteng.

A background in quantity surveying before project management gives StrataPM a cost-led view of project control. Our team has written commissioning plans for full projects, carried databooks and final sign-offs through to close-out, and rolled out a PMO that streamlined process, procurement, roles and responsibilities.
Strata PMO was proven in a live PMO office across several projects before StrataPM took it to market.
